The AP Language - Synthesis Essay PromptA well prepared and well written AP Lang student sample will prove to be a great asset to the student. It will assist the student in creating a great written essay with clear, crisp, and concise prose. An AP Lang sample has two parts: the setting of the text and the composition of the essay. This will all be considered in the preparation of the whole AP essay. There are various aspects of composition, which should be considered. These include writing the text, choosing the topic, and how to structure the text into an essay. The first step is to choose a topic for the topic statement. The subjects can be any situation that could be considered of interest to the subject's needs. They can be political, social, or historical, as long as the topics contain interests of the topic and subject. Different types of subjects can be chosen. If the AP English teacher has selected a class they have yet to take, he or she should be allowed to select a subject ap propriate for the class.Once the choice of topic is made, the next step is to look at the handbook topic and subject choices. This should be done so that each topic and subject have a variety of AP essay topics to choose from, therefore allowing more different subjects to be covered. After this, it is important to write the text of the AP Lang essay. A well written piece will usually consist of several paragraphs of relevant information and facts, summarized in a couple sentences. This paragraph should be relevant to the topic chosen. The information given should be further divided into three parts: the introduction, the body, and the conclusion. The introduction should give the subject or topic information about what the AP student is trying to achieve by the writing and then highlight what type of work is being done. The body should discuss the main point of the essay and should show the theme that the essay is trying to portray.A well prepared AP Lang student sample will help the s tudent to excel in writing a great essay. It also provides for a higher grade when it is a standardized test.
